The weekly plan

The little game-day questions, answered.

Time, place, headcount, and bring list—settled before the first “where are you?” text.

All season

One crew. One link. Every game.

The schedule, this week’s plan, and your crew stay together all season. Add a home game or a watch party without starting another thread from scratch.

Exact location

“Where exactly are you?”

A parking-lot name gets everyone close. The precise pin gets them to the tent. Guests tap once to open the exact spot in Google Maps.

Attendance

Who’s actually coming?

All day? Stopping by? Maybe? Out? Everyone answers in seconds. The host gets a real headcount—including plus-ones—without chasing the group.

Host overview showing attendance, plus-ones, unanswered RSVPs, food gaps, pledges, and spare tickets.

Food and supplies

Please, no more six bags of chips.

See what each meal still needs, claim a whole item or part of it, and check what’s covered before you pack the car. Two chip bags claimed? Everyone sees the four still needed.

Need a starting point? Pick the spread and let Husky Tailgate draft the bring list. The host checks every item before it goes to the crew.

Also in the plan

Chip in. Pass the extra ticket.

Rather chip in?

Make your pledge here, then settle up with the host in Venmo.

Got an extra ticket?

Post the extra. Someone in the crew claims it. Then you two handle the handoff.

A small fan project

Built by a Husky, for Husky tailgates.

I'm Brian—a lifelong Husky fan, UW alum, and Husky Band alum.

I built Husky Tailgate after years of answering the same questions every Saturday: Who's coming? What should we bring? Where exactly are you? Does anyone have an extra ticket?

It's the tool I wanted for our tailgate—and for other Husky fans tired of running game day through a group text.

Free through the final game of Washington's 2026 football season.

Go Dawgs.

Run your tailgate from one place.

Send me your name and a quick note about your crew. I usually get new hosts set up within a day.
